About Houston

Raised in Dripping Springs, TX, Houston always knew she wanted to be in New York, working for Bobbi Brown. Shortly after moving to New York to freelance with MAC cosmetics at the age of 19, Houston quickly became a sought-after Manhattan makeup artist. She worked alongside fashion and beauty editors at CondeNast, attending photo shoots and New York Fashion Week. She eventually found herself working at an event with Bobbi Brown, and with Bobbi’s personal recommendation, was soon placed at the top makeup counter in the country – Bobbi Brown, SOHO.

Houston brought the training she received in Bobbi Brown’s corporate studio and working alongside Bobbi Brown’s beauty team at various events back to Texas. Her goal is to empower women and teach them how to become their own makeup artists with the right products and the right tools.

Houston is best known for her ability to enhance the natural beauty of the face as well as creating flawless modern looks specifically for each client or event. Houston has an impeccable eye for natural beauty, creative mind, and a positive attitude that makes the whole process that much more enjoyable. A true artist, Houston is skilled to work on any skin tone, type and age. In addition to her work with Bobbi Brown, she has worked with a diverse group of brides from all over, celebrity clients, fashion shows, and photographers.
